The Picht Team has been together since 2004. The familial relationship is aunt/niece. Susan is a Seattle native who has lived and traveled throughout the world. After a career in hotel and business management with Westin Hotels & Resorts, she decided to pursue a career in real estate. In 1991 she joined William A. Bain Associates, which since has become Coldwell Banker Bain. Susan has been a top producer in her real estate career. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for L'Arche Noah Sealth and is a member of Seattle University's Board of Regents. Erin is a Pacific Northwest native. After graduating from Gonzaga University with a Business Degree and a golf scholarship, she joined Susan at Coldwell Banker Bain.
